Delivery Process

FROM SELLER TO WAREHOUSE
Customer can check if the parcel has been post out from the seller by referring on the 1688 account or from the wechat (direct communication).

If you have not received any update in the system regarding waybill updates after 10 days, please notify the seller and clarify the problem.

Customer need to take initiative to keep track for the delivery tracking status.

Customer has to bear for the additional costs if failure of delivery which courier may charge extra re-deliver or new correction for address.

Freight Policies

Hijrah is not responsible on the goods quality caused by unreliable seller / supplier.

Therefore, please do get our customer service for advise.

Hijrah is not responsible on any shipping delay caused by holidays, bad weather, flight delay or held in custom inspections.

We will try our best to follow up on these.
International postage chargeable weight of a package is calculated based on actual weight which including packaging from seller, whichever is higher.

Oversized & Insurance

The freight rate published is exclusive to our members. We provide exclusive service to ensure our logistic team deliver the goods in proper manner and efficiently.

DECLARE YOUR ITEM VALUE
To ensure smooth process, please make sure to declare accurately the item value and normal / sensitive channel. Failure to correct declaration will result to shipment failure.

SEA FRIEGHT : OVERWEIGHT & OVERSIZED

• Maximum 1 carton 100kg

• Extra charge for forklift if exceed : 100kg

• Maximum 1 cbm is 500kg

AIR FRIEGHT : OVERWEIGHT & OVERSIZED

• Maximum 1 carton 21-30kg

• Size carton can not oxcood: 150cm single side.

INSURANCE
8% from the item value. (Optional & Not included in publish rate)

Hijrah will cover 100% of any missing or damage parcel provided the shipment has taken the insurance.
